INSTRUCTIONS

1. Editorial and Peer Review Process

Upon submission, all manuscripts undergo an initial editorial review to assess their quality and relevance for publication. Authors are required to designate a corresponding author for all communications with LEADER: International Journal of Business Management (LIJBM). Acknowledgments are sent upon receipt of manuscripts. Manuscripts lacking originality, containing significant errors, or failing to present substantial contributions are rejected at this stage. Additionally, manuscripts deemed unsuitable for the journal's readership may be rejected before formal peer review.

The editor will determine whether to proceed to peer review or request revisions from the authors to meet submission standards. LIJBM employs a double-blind peer review process. The manuscript is anonymously sent to two subject-matter experts for evaluation.

Reviewers provide recommendations (acceptance/rejection/amendments) which are communicated anonymously to the corresponding author for revisions. Authors may need to respond point-by-point to reviewers' comments and highlight any changes made. A revised manuscript is then reviewed again by the Editorial Board, which will communicate the final publication decision.

During the publication process, the editorial office will send proofs to authors for verification. Authors must return proofs within seven days after checking the layout, tables, figures, etc. The entire process, from submission to final decision and proofing, is conducted online.
