LEADER: International Journal of Business Management (LIJBM) operates as a fully open access journal, allowing for unrestricted use and reuse of articles while ensuring proper attribution to the authors.

Authors are required to pay a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) of €75.00. This fee covers the costs associated with peer review management, professional formatting of articles in PDF and other formats, and the dissemination of published papers across various platforms. There are no fees for rejected manuscripts, no submission charges, and no additional costs based on article length, figures, or supplementary data.
