AI in HR: A Systematic Literature Review and Future Research Agenda

Dr. Vidhita Sinha is an accomplished academician with extensive experience in the field of

management. She currently serves as a Head of the Department & Associate Professor at GSFC University, where she

coordinates the PhD program and is a member of the Board of Research Constitution. Dr.

Sinha has previously held positions as an Assistant Professor at Ganpat University, Parul

University, and Sigma Group of Institutes, contributing significantly to their management

departments.

Dr. Sinha holds a Ph.D. in Management from Sardar Patel University, an MBA in Operations

& Marketing, and has qualified the UGC NET in Management in addition to her B Tech

degree in Biotechnology. She has successfully completed an FDP on Pedagogy and Research

from IIM-Ahmedabad and has received a Gold Medalist imprinted for the course on

"Marketing Research and Analysis" conducted from IIT Roorkee.

Dr. Sinha teaches a diverse range of subjects, including Managerial Communication,

Organizational Behaviour, Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Research

Methodology, Operations Management, Consumer Behavior, and Service Marketing. Her

teaching excellence is complemented by her active role as a trainer and jury member.

She has delivered expert sessions on data analysis with SPSS, and exploratory factor analysis

for the PhD course work at Sardar Patel University. She has delivered a session by UGC

HRDC on scale development and validation and a session on consumer learning by BK

School of Management. She has also coordinated the "Leadership Training Program-

Excitement to Synergy" in collaboration with Tata Passenger Electric Mobility and has served

as session chair in the international conferences at ITM Universe and research colloquiums at

BK School of Management.

Her contributions to academia have been recognized with numerous awards, including the

President Award for Staff Excellence in Research from Ganpat University, the Best Research

Paper Award at the 7th International Youth Symposium by B.K. School of Management,

Second Prize at the 14th International Conference on Emerging Management Practices on

Transforming Business in ESG at Ganpat University, Best Paper Award at an international

conference by Parul University and Best Paper Award by Anand Institute of Management.
