Dr Sathya Priya T is a Value based Educator, Soft Skill and Community Oriented Trainer.
She has completed her BSc in Applied sciences from PSG College of Technology, MBA from Anna University Regional Centre, Coimbatore, PGDCA from Bharathiar University, PhD in Management from Bharathiar University. She has cleared SLET in Management.
She is having 14 years of experience in teaching and a year of experience with industry. Her area of interest includes Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Data Analytics, Management Information System, and Research Methods for Management, Personality Development and Soft Skills, Counseling and Community Service Activities.
She was the Management representative for the Standard ISO 9001:2015 during her service at Dr.G.R.Damodaran College of Science, Coimbatore.
She has equipped herself by attending several workshops and FDP’s organized by various institutions.
She has published few articles in National and International journals and a Scopus indexed journal. She has also presented research papers at Indian Institute of management – Bodh Gaya & Shillong.
She has completed “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” Foundation Program conducted as In-House Program during her service at Cognizant Technology Solutions India Pvt Ltd.
She has organized various National level conferences, Seminars, Management meets, Guest Lectures, various Social Awareness programs, Outbound Training programs and Industrial Visits for Management students.
She has offered various training programs on soft skills and personality development programs to the students from different backgrounds.
She is member of Board of Studies in MA Human Resource Management at Nirmala College for Women.
She has acted as Jury for various inter collegiate meet and Management meet programs organized by various departments and colleges.
She has actively involved in various community service activities at the NGO’s G18 Public Charitable Trust & Shanti Ashram, Coimbatore.
She is presently working as Assistant Professor in Management with Department of Management Studies, Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore.
